Just to let everyone know, Merseycat bands helped to raise a little over
£2,500 for the Autistic Society.The gig was organised
by the bar staff at our British legion.
The Kirkby skifflers, Lackies ( with a little help from Bernie Prescott),Searchin
,The Clayton Squares( Bob Geraghty on drums)and the M.C.John Partington
all gave their time free of charge.
Also, at the Harrodon club Leeway helped raise over £1,200
for Zoes place.This was organised by Bill Curry of the Harrodon
club.
Well done the Merseycat musos, and everyone else who took part in these
events.

and John handed over a cheque to Zoe's Place for £2,000, and met
one special little lady, Jamie Lee. If you want to see where
